Three judges of Bakirkoy 11th Heavy Penal Code could not decide unanimously upon the 20-year-imprisonment of A.S.G. who wounded his wife seriously.
One of the judges said “exculpation” while the other said “homicidal attempt” and the other said “homicidal attempt with regret.”

The verdict was as the last judge had decided. The prosecuting officer objected to the decision, and the Supreme Court of Appeal will make the final decision.
