Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has delivered a speech in Uganda. Erdogan is on a four-day tour of Uganda and Kenya.
Erdogan: “I asked for a big area in Uganda to build our embassy building. Uganda will also have their embassy building in Turkey. We vow to work with our African allies and friends more closely on counterterrorism, among other issues.”
