Former Mosul Consul-General Öztürk Yılmaz, expected to handle foreign policy for the CHP, talks to Milliyet about Daily Mosul, Bashika and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
Öztürk has stated there are 10,000 ISIL warriors in Mosul. A strategy should be developed to decide the next step after the Mosul operation and to decide who will control the region, Öztürk added.
