South East confession

       State Minister Salih Yildirim stated that the state has given promises for the solution of the problems in the South East but couldn't keep them and apologized the public. Minister Yildirim has told the fact of region to Milliyet and summarized all rights and wrongs about terror, immigration, economy, social, cultural and education fields with the following expressions:
       Immigration: We couldn't provide communication, coordination and solidarity. There are two important problems, multi-head and source. One of the most important facts that immigration has revealed is the fall of regional economy.
       Education: The chance for a student in Sirnak to attend to the university is one over a thousand. Nothing can explain this. This makes the person of the region, problematic and a potential criminal from the start.
       Health: All districts have hospitals but all are empty. This at the same time is a loss of capital. These places also need personnel. You send the commander, judge, teacher to the region but not the doctor. It is not possible to understand and explain this to the public.
       Economy: It is not easy to keep industry standing in the region. We need profitability. Unless you achieve this, it is not possible to attract people to invest in the region. Although we have provided all positive conditions and encouraged people, we couldn't attract the private sector.
