1. 6 Public Officials at the Crime Scene

Before and after the assassination, it was determined that there were 6 public officials who ran after Ogün Samast, the assassin of Dink. Besides, one of these officials were confirmed to be a sergeant in İstanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command.

2. The Base Stations were changed

Right after the assassination, it was evidenced that the base stations were changed. Therefore, the inaccessible phone records were found thanks to retroactive surveillance system of the Presidency of

Telecommunication and Communication.

3. 180 Illegal SIM Cards

It was determined that there approximately 180 SIM Cards were purchased over the name of Z.İ who was doing his military service in Trabzon, in order to connect the people involved in the assassination.

4. The Mystery Phone Calls of Erhan Tuncel

It is determined that Trabzon Intelligence Office and Erhan Tuncel, discharged from there, are still in connection. Furthermore, 34 phone calls made by Tuncel with Trabzon Intelligence Office were detected between the days Tuncel was discharged and Dink was assassinated.
