This is an espionage trial, Davutoğlu says

Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) signed an intergovernmental agreement on water supply and management. Greek Cypriot administration said the agreement does not bind them.

‘This is not a free-speech issue’
Davutoğlu made a statement on the Constitutional Court's decision. Davutoğlu: “The case against Can Dündar and Erdem Gül should not be viewed as a free-speech issue. The case should be regarded as an espionage trial.”
