Why did ISIL organise the Istanbul airport attack?

Milliyet daily columnist Serpil Cevikcan has written an article about the Istanbul airport attack that killed at least 41 people on June 28.
According to Cevikcan, the Istanbul airport attack was not a surprise. Moreover, Turkish intelligence units sent a warning letter to related state institutions about a potential attack by the ISIL targeting Istanbul around 20 days ago.
The Istanbul airport attack was organised because:
1) Yunus Durmaz who organised the attacks in Ankara and Suruc blew himself up during an anti-terror operation.
2) Turkey is responsible for some anti-ISIL organisations near Syria.
3) ISIL blames Turkey for joining an anti-ISIL operation in Manbij, an ISIL stronghold in Syria.
4) Organising operations against the ISIL in Turkey and along Syria border.
