Zana may lost her membership of the TBMM

People are curious about what legal action is going to take. According to backstage, Zana has became a deputy although her oath is not recognized as valid. She will be have the right of privacy and receive her salary as a deputy but will not have the right to vote or speak in Parliament. It is still unknown whether a deputy lost his or her membership or not, if he or she does not take an oath in Parliament. There is no certain ruling in byelaw on this issue. Decisions on Zana will be taken in the coming days.
