Turkey launches investigation into leak of Turkish citizens’ personal data

The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation into an alleged leak of the personal data of almost 50 million Turkish citizens.
All necessary investigations have been launched, Justice Minister Bekir Bozdağ said. “The number of leaked IDs is close to the number of Turkish voters. I believe prosecutors will conduct a comprehensive inquiry,” Bozdağ added.
