One of the most expensive hotel in Antalya, Mardan Palace was sold by tender at Antalya 6th Directorate of Execution.
The Mardan Palace was built by Russian businessman Telman Ismailov at a cost of more than $1.4 billion. Halkbank becomes new owner of the hotel by offering 325 million 50 thousand of Turkish liras for hotel and 35 million of Turkish lira for villas.
