ANKARA - MILLIYET
Democratic Left Party (DSP) leader Bulent Ecevit, who is asked to form government, said, "We will not sacrifice any principles that constitute the basic characteristics of our state and the secular and democratic republic is the most important one."
He will start to visit the other party leaders after he takes the idea of his party members, said DSP leader. Stressing that the government he will form will be harmonious both in the coalition and the Parliament, Mr. Ecevit said, "It is obvious that the coalition will not be a two-party government but a three-party one."
